CALL FOR SPEAKERS IS NOW OPEN

Conference submissions are now open for the co-located conference program at Hydrogen and Carbon Capture Technology Expo North America 2027.

We’re inviting engineers, researchers, technology developers, project leaders and industry experts to share original research, technical insights, project experience and practical lessons that can help advance the deployment of hydrogen and CCUS technologies.

This is an opportunity to bring the latest developments and real-world experience to the forefront of the conversation, from breakthrough technologies and engineering challenges to project delivery and the innovations needed to scale.

Accepted submissions will be considered for inclusion in the 2027 conference program, providing the opportunity to present your work and insights to a senior international audience of industry experts.

We’re particularly interested in submissions that offer practical, technical or evidence-based insights and move the conversation beyond the theoretical toward real-world deployment and scale.

Topic Areas for Submissions

Presentation Formats

The conference program will feature a mix of technical presentations, project case studies, panel discussions, technology showcases and interactive sessions, with session lengths ranging from 10-50 minutes.

The final format and presentation length will be determined by the conference team following the submission review process.  We may also invite selected contributors to participate in alternative formats where their expertise is particularly suited to a panel, debate or interactive session.

We particularly welcome submissions that:

  • Share new technical thinking, research or approaches that could advance hydrogen and CCUS technologies
  • Present original work or new developments being unveiled or shared publicly for the first time
  • Demonstrate real-world application, including projects in development
  • Explore collaboration across the value chain, including joint projects or co-presentations from multiple organizations
  • Show measurable results or evidence, such as performance data, project outcomes or operational experience
  • Offer a fresh or engaging perspective, including debates, demonstrations, interactive presentations or other alternative formats
  • Policy dialogues focused on current or potential legislation impacting material use and production processes

Not sure what format is right for your submission? Tell us what you want to share and our conference team will work with you to determine the most appropriate format for the program.

We generally seek presentations that share knowledge and support the continued growth of design and innovation. Submissions focused on promoting a specific company or product will not be considered.

Submission Guidelines

Please ensure your submission includes:

  • Abstract: 200-350 words outlining the proposed presentation and key takeaways
  • Content: Submissions should focus on genuine technical insight, practical experience, research findings, engineering solutions, case studies or data-driven outcomes. Commercial or promotional presentations will not be considered.
  • Relevance: Content should align with the themes of either the Hydrogen or Carbon Capture conference program.
  • Submission Portal: Submit your entry using the form below
  • Deadline:  Wednesday 9 September 2026
