Seema Santhakumar leads the Hydrogen market development in North America, leading early engagement, business development, and the initial positioning of Baker Hughes' Hydrogen solutions portfolio. With 16 years of diverse experience at Baker Hughes, Seema has held key roles in digital initiatives, corporate development, HR programs for early and mid-career talent, and leadership in clean energy solutions.
Previously, Seema was a Senior Consultant at Accenture, working on digital transformation for major energy companies. She holds a Bachelor's in Physics, a Master's in Computer Applications, and an MBA from Rice Business School.
Seema is an active member of Women+ in Hydrogen, mentors with the Houston Women's Energy Network, and supports the entrepreneurial community by judging business plan competitions and mentoring startups. She also serves as Executive in Residence for YGC in Austin.
