The hydrogen industry has seen a vast increase in investments.  Hydrogen production, transportation, usage, and storage have developed new systems as well as transformed existing infrastructure for hydrogen usage.  Each of these areas may encounter a potential threat for embrittlement/cracking due to the presence of hydrogen.  This presentation will provide insight into the material challenges that exist to function in a hydrogen space.  It also includes guidelines and standards have been created to identify a materials susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement.
